I came in just to get a rapid test. I made an appointment for 1:20 p, to avoid the wait. I got there 10 min early as requested, and was told they were running behind. Finally called in right before 2:00 p. Sat for a while, and didn’t leave until 2:40 p, just for a rapid Covid 19 test. Wasn’t the greatest on time.

This urgent care is always great! The staff is very friendly even on a day like today when they were slammed with patients including many frustrating no shows. I always make an appointment and am seen promptly! Do them and yourself a favor and book online, fill out paperwork in advance, and be on time!

I was able to monitor my place in line while waiting in the car and complete all registration on my phone which was easy. I felt a little rushed through the actual test but the explanation of results was thorough and I had an opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

Both of the ladies that saw me (the medical tech and the Nurse Practitioner) were very thorough and sweet! I visit this clinic all the time for my sinus infections but this time the nurse practitioner acted like I was requesting medicine to Cook dealt with when I requested Allegra-D and ask for a refill I asked for a sinus co*cktail shot and was told I didn’t need one and if I have to make a second visit to this clinic to get us a co*cktail I will be very upset

I walked in without appt.Wait time was maybe a bit long but not bad - considering there was only one nurse that day I’d say they went above and beyond - they were great and I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Woke up this morning, feeling terrible. Was able to easily make an appointment online, fill out all of my paperwork and Upload insurance and drivers license documents before I ever arrive to the clinic. Check in with seamless, I had a very low wait time, and the healthcare provider I saw was extremely efficient and had a wonderful bedside manner.

Kim the nurse was GREAT…. However…I was joking with Dr. Fowler as he walked in front door of the clinic and he told me to back off, he said he’s not a slave or a door mat and other rude comments. I tried to apologize at least 3 times once I got in exam room and he continued to tell me how rude “I” was and how I’d react if the roles were reversed. My response was “ “I’d laugh”
